• Appointment booking via calendar integrations
• Smart call forwarding and voice transcription
• Department-wise call forwarding
• Record, analyze, and route voice conversations based on configurations

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Be fully responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we detect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payment Terms

a. Payment

All payments must be made via accepted payment methods through our platform. By submitting payment information, you authorise us to charge applicable fees.

b. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Subscription cancellations
• Unused features or credits
• User error or dissatisfaction

c. Exception to No Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

• There is a technical error resulting in duplicate charges
• A verified system malfunction leads to overcharging

In such cases, users must notify us at support@voicenova.ai within 7 business days of the transaction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the platform

Violation of this clause may result in suspension or termination of your access without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, logos, software, and functionality on the platform are the exclusive property of Omega Logic LLC or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content or data you upload or process through our platform. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process such data solely for service delivery and improvement purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omega Logic LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any claim arising from your misuse of the platform

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omega Logic LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any third-party claim related to content submitted by you

11. Termination

• All rights granted to you under these Terms will cease
• You must cease all use of the platform

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
